Keep an eye out for 4 Rivers Smokehouse's February special, Spud Love.

4 Rivers Smokehouse is commemorating its 10-year anniversary with monthly specials until 2020. All of the Florida-based barbecue joint's locations — there are 14 of 'em, including two in Tampa — will serve the series of limited-time dishes.

January's special is brisket chili. Diners should also look for Spud Love (a baked potato served with a choice of meat and topped with Cheddar, jalapeños, green onions, sour cream and signature sauce) in February and Destroyer Madness (an expanded version of the classic Texas Destroyer sandwich, which typically covers brisket with onion rings, jalapeños, melted provolone and signature sauce) in March.

As for the other dishes, well, you'll just have to wait for them to roll out.

4 Rivers also plans to celebrate a decade of 'cue by collaborating with area artists on original creations at select restaurants. Details remain in the works, but a list of participating artists and locations is forthcoming.

"We look forward to growing our barbecue ministry for many years to come, while staying true to our core values of serving the highest quality food and supporting causes that build better communities," said founder and CEO John Rivers in a statement.

Started in Winter Park in 2009, 4 Rivers operates locally in South Tampa and Carrollwood.
