Several excellent community cooks will offer classes in the delicious regional cuisine of the Dodecanese Islands — the area from which most of Tarpon Springs’ Greek residents came. This week's class will be led by Katerina Zaronias and Nikki Sisois who will teach participants how to make stuffed grape leaves (fila) and cabbage. Saturday, May 7: B-21 Wine Merchants
Join in the celebration as B-21 Wine Merchants in Tarpon Springs celebrates their 63rd anniversary this Saturday, May 7th.
