Several excellent community cooks will offer classes in the delicious regional cuisine of the Dodecanese Islands — the area from which most of Tarpon Springs’ Greek residents came. This week's class will be led by Maria Pantelis who will educate participants on baking with filo dough and demonstrating how to prepare bakalava and pites.
