The menu includes: chilled cucumber mint soup with warm shrimp curry; George's Bank swordfish, garden ratatouille, spicy tomato puree; grilled Kansas steak, dill roasted tomatoes, wild greens, Harissa aioli; and roasted summer peaches with blue cheese stuffing and pecan ice cream.
