In Tampa, Cask will begin rolling out a new menu of original cocktails on a monthly basis. This ever-changing lineup from the Southern-inspired SoHo restaurant is designed to highlight a different spirit with each rotation, showcasing the featured booze's range as well as drinks for all tastes.
The red-orange Italian apéritif that still seems to be having a moment, Aperol, has taken over the menu for February. Throughout the year, Espolòn, London dry gin Bulldog, Grey Goose Vodka, Grand Marnier and Angel's Envy are among the spirits that Cask bartenders will use to craft exclusive libations, too.
"We want to give our customers a new experience every month," said bar manager Cee van Os in a statement. "Each spirit is unique on its own, and being able to give our customers a full-range of drinks that show off different elements of that spirit is a fun experience that our staff and customers can both enjoy."
The release of every cocktail menu will also coincide with a free sampling during happy hour, as well as a product giveaway.
An acronym for Craft A'fare Social Kitchen, Cask opened its doors in 2015. Partners Adam Itzkowitz and Vincent Jackson, former wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, are behind the popular restaurant.
