Get ready to spend all your money at the Sprouts deli because the latest location for the boutique grocery store opens in Tampa Heights on Wednesday.

Locals first got wind of Tampa’s new Sprouts last summer, and promotions folks for the Tampa Heights location at 101 W 7th Ave. were handing out shopping bags and $5 off coupons last week at nearby Water Works Park.

To celebrate the opening, Sprouts is offering the first 200 customers at the Tampa Heights store 25% off their entire order (not including beer, wine, gift cards or stamps).

The grocer is known for having a wide selection of natural and organic foods, which includes produce, vitamins, packaged groceries, seafood, deli, baked goods, dairy products and frozen foods.

The addition of Sprouts means that Tampa Heights—already home to one of Tampa’s oldest grocery stores, Oceanic—now has two grocery stores within walking distance of each other.
