The 5th annual Bolts Brew Fest—happening on Friday, August 5 at 8 p.m.—will give guests a chance to sample beers from both local, Tampa Bay breweries and national brands.
A full list of breweries and their featured beers can be found at boltsbrewfest.com as the event nears. A few Tampa bay-based breweries that participated in last year’s event (and might return for 2022’s party) include Motorworks Brewing, 7th Sun, Angry Chair, Big Storm, Green Bench, Cigar City Brewing, Keel Farms, Coppertail and 81 Bay Brewing Co.
Pabst Blue Ribbon, Sweetwater Brewing Co., and Funky Buddha are just a few national brands that provided samples at 2021’s Bolts Brew Fest.
Besides drinking, other activities at this summer’s Bolts Brew Fest include live music, various photo opportunities, oversized games, and socializing with the man of the hour—the official Lightning mascot Thunderbug.
General admission tickets for this summer’s Bolts Brew Fest run for $50 a pop, and will be available for purchase on ticketmaster.com starting on Friday, May 6 at 10 a.m.
In addition to general admission, there is also VIP ticketing. Those tickets cost $120 each, but come with a slew of perks including early entry, exclusive beer and food offerings, and access to the to Amalie Arena's VIP suite.
There’s even a discounted designated driver ticket for $35 for folks that don’t plan on sampling the brews, as well as a $75 GA Plus ticket if you want early entry without the rest of the VIP perks.
