Today, travel website Tripadvisor released its annual 2021 Travelers’ Choice Restaurants Awards, and Tampa’s Oxford Exchange made the cut.

The posh spot, located at 420 W Kennedy Blvd. near downtown, ranked No. 9 on the site’s list of “Best Brunch Spots” in the entire country, which was based on user ratings from 2020. No other Tampa restos were featured, but Orlando’s Wine Bar George was also ranked within the brunch category, and took the No. 16 spot. Orlando’s Blaze Pizza also landed at number eight for the best “Quick Bites” category.

The annual awards spanned a total of eight categories and covered things like “Hottest New Restaurants,” “Picture-Perfect Restaurants,” and “Best Vegan Spots.”

Overall, Florida earned 15 total winners, including the number one “Everyday Eats” restaurant in the U.S., which was awarded to Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille in Fr. Myers Beach (there's also a Doc Ford's on the St. Pete Pier).

Oxford Exchange is no stranger to these types of rankings. In 2019, the restaurant was ranked among OpenTable’s best brunches, and its list for “Top 100 Restaurants.”
