SO Gourmet opened in July 2015 at 3301 S. Dale Mabry Highway, serving up salads, sandwiches, and pastries during the day and doubling as a wine bar serving up European-inspired tapas, desserts and pouring from a broad wine selection. Over the years, SO Gourmet has had to adjust hours due to struggling in the market.
