The 15th annual Taste of South Tampa returns this month

What does South Tampa taste like, anyway?

UPDATED 3/13/20 11:18 A.M.

Have you ever wanted to try South Tampa’s hottest restaurants and bars, but you didn’t know where to start? Well the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce has your back. Due to coronavirus, the event has been rescheduled for fall 2020. Just a few more months until the STCOC transforms the Tampa Garden Club into an adult playground of small bites and drink samples during the 15th Annual Taste of South Tampa event.

Over 30 Tampa hotspots like American Social, We Are Poke, Cask Social Kitchen, Ciccio Cali and MacDintons will sling samples of their prized dishes out of vendor booths, alongside popular chain restaurants like Bonefish Grill and Outback Steakhouse. Breweries and distilleries such as Blue Ice Vodka, 81Bay Brewing Company, Siesta Key Rum and Viva Tequila will encourage casual day drinking with their unlimited samples.

And don’t worry non-alcohol drinkers, there will be plenty of sober drinks at the Taste of South Tampa too, courtesy of Raw Smoothie Co. and Spaddy’s Coffee.

Tickets to this all-ages, family-friendly event start at $40 and can be purchased at Each ticket includes unlimited food and drink samples, entrance to the beer garden, live entertainment, giveaways from sponsors and opportunities to win prizes.
