The 34th annual Tarpon Springs Seafood Festival returns this weekend

The Black Honkeys, The Shakes Society and The Paul Anthony Band headline this three-day celebration.

True Floridians know there's no better way to bounce back from a tropical storm than a three-day seafood festival.

The 2022 Tarpon Springs Seafood Festival runs from Friday-Sunday, Nov. 11-13, and for the the first time in decades the event is at Craig Park, located at 100 Library Ln.

The 34th rendition of this annual festival takes place from 2 p.m.-10 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday. And if you want to get to the fest's first day a little early, you can also attend its Veteran's Day ceremony at 11 a.m.

In addition to a plethora of seafood—think fresh clams, crabs, lobster, shrimp, fish and more—this weekend's festival also feature sa wide variety of local vendors slinging  everything from fishing gear and art to jewelry, crafts, hot sauce and other wares. Real Cajun Cooking, The Lobster Tank, London Chippy, Florida Fine Foods and The Salty Chef are just a few of the event's food vendors, and are all expected to put their own unique spin on some of The Sunshine State's freshest seafood.

Each day will also feature live music provided a variety of bands, including Razin' Jane, The 727's, The Shakes Society, The Paul Anthony Trio and Best of the Bay-winning party band The Black Honkeys.

According to its organizers, the fest's attendance is estimated to bring 35,000 seafood-lovers to downtown Tarpon Springs this weekend. There's a few different ways to get to the event, including free shuttles and pedi-cabs for hire.
