Congratulations to Greg and Michelle Baker for their restaurant, The Refinery, being named a semifinalist for Best New Restaurant in the 2011 James Beard Foundation awards. After winning CL's 2010 Best of the Bay Award for Best Chef and their success in the past year, it's no surprise that they're up for this prestigious culinary accolade.
