PLANT CITY PIG JAM
Plant City's tenth annual Pig Jam State BBQ Championship takes place this Saturday with more than 70 teams competing from across the country. The Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned competition boasts barbecue ribs, pork, brisket, and chicken. Plus, roasted corn, gator, funnel cakes, jalapeno poppers, and stuffed potatoes. A large Big Green Egg grill package and 50-quart Yeti cooler will be given away as well. Stay into the evening for the Strawberry Classic Car Festival.
