Saturday, May 21: Safford House Tarpon Springs
Several excellent community cooks will offer classes in the delicious regional cuisine of the Dodecanese Islands — the area from which most of Tarpon Springs’ Greek residents came. This week's class will be led by Nick Koulianos who will show participants how to prepare Greek meatballs (keftedes) and fish with vegetables (psari plaki).
