On Top Chef: Just Desserts tonight, it's all about soufflés and shoes.
I tell you what, just from the looks of the preview videos below, the chef'testants moods seem infinitely lighter and a helluva lot less stressed (excluding the stress incurred during the challenges) since Seth left and Malika offed herself.
For the Quickfire, the chefs welcome renown pastry chef Sherry Yard who gives them the task of making soufflés which are notorious for being a bit difficult to execute successfully. From the looks of it, it doesn't seem like there's a twist to the challenge — they must simply make whatever sort of dessert soufflé they choose within an hour. Inevitably, at least one person's is going to end up deflated and sad-looking.
The Elimination Challenge gets some of the chefs quite excited, as they have to create fashionable (wearable?) desserts inspired by some hot-looking ladies shoes. I'm sad, though, that the preview video doesn't show Morgan's reaction to the women's shoes that we got to see during last week's sneak peek because it further proves my theory about him (and if you haven't heard it already, listen to our podcast).
By the way, this is what comes to mind whenever I hear the word "shoes". (Warning: NSFW for language so put your ear buds in for this one.)
