This week on Top Chef Masters, we're down to seven talented and well-known chefs: Rick Moonen, Susan Feniger, Marcus Samuelsson, Jody Adams, Susur Lee, Jonathan Waxman, and Tony Mantuano.

For the Quickfire, they cooked dishes inspired by characters from The Simpsons which were judged by the show's head writer, Matt Groenig, the head producer, and the man who gives life to so many of the characters, Hank Azaria (best known for his role as King Tut in Night at the Museum 2). Susur seemed to get the short end of the stick having grown up in China and not being too familiar, but saved face (pun intended) with a dish that looked like a Picasso-esque effigy of Marge Simpson (pictured).

The Elimination Challenge brought back an old favorite from a previous episode of Top Chef: the 'Scary Surf n' Turf Challenge'. The chefs had to choose one land-based and one sea-based protein from a list that included geo duck, monkfish liver, sea cucumber, goat, and kangaroo. Of course, Mr. Weird Food himself, Andrew Zimmern (from Bizarre Foods on the Travel Channel), was at the diner's table along with a few food critics and the head judges. Let's just say the resulting dishes were interesting,
