On the next episode of Top Chef Masters:
Susur! Waxman! Moonen! Gael Greene! Oh my! Looks like a star-studded finale for Top Chef Masters season 3. The three finalists from last season — Susur Lee, Jonathan Waxman and Rick Moonen — return to the show as diners for the final challenge and it looks like we also get another dose of Gael Greene this season. And, yes, by the looks of the previews, Ruth Reichl will be in attendance at the Judges' Table.
Not totally sure what the remaining chefs' finale challenge is, but it looks to be very similar to the finales from seasons past: cook food that represents your culinary journey. I also think they may have to create a dish based on a "food memory" of the judges (but don't take my word for it, as I've been wrong before).
Anyway, it's sure to be a fast-paced (besides the traffic issues) episode where we'll actually get to see these great chefs cook amazing food — no ridiculous curve balls included (*crossing fingers*). Anyone want to place bets on the winner? I'm rooting for Mary Sue!
