Over the next few weeks, two of Tampa Bay’s restaurants will host collaboration dinners with renowned wine programs. Each present guests with a four-course dining menu, and pours from wineries around the world. Time to get cultured.

The Maritana Grille located within the Don CeSar Hotel will be collaborating with Foley Family Wines for a multi-course dining experience on Wednesday, March 27th.

The event kicks off at 7:00 p.m. with a reception consisting of Lucien Albrecht Champagne and hors d’oeuvres. 

Throughout the night, guests can expect a four-course menu with each dish paired with a specialty wine. Selected blends on the menu will be supplied by Chalk Hill Winery, Altvs and Merus. 

Reservations are $150 per person which covers the reception, dinner, parking and gratuities.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is set to host a collab between Council Oak Steaks & Seafood and Penfolds Wines for a four-course dining experience complete with wine pairings. 

On April 17th, guests will be served courses ranging from snapper and shrimp ceviche paired with Bin 51 Eden Valley’s 2017 Riesling to an extensive tray of barbecue including lamb belly, ribs and sausage accompanied by a Bin 28 Kalimna’s 2016 Shiraz pour.

The all-inclusive dinner experience rings up at $150 per person.
