St. Petersburg's Science Cream Factory is using liquid nitrogen to pull off its ice cream.

Located inside Tyrone Square across from Champs Sports, the recently opened shop's flash-frozen sweets call for liquid nitrogen "for a more creamy, flavorful, and rich ice cream," according to its Facebook page.

As is de rigueur for most ice cream and frozen yogurt parlors, the mall's Factory offers custom cups of ice cream, allowing customers to pick their desired base, flavor and toppings.
