This fall, Seminole Heights will welcome a new concept, Ground Foods Cafe which will serve up organic vegetarian Italian cuisine at 6428 N. Florida Ave.

Ground Foods' sample opening menu consists of sandwiches like eggplant parm and pesto portobello, along with open-faced bites like ricotta roast.

Soon-to-be guests can also snag hardy salads like a classic caesar or the Ground Foods House packed with arugula, cucumber, olives, cannellini beans, cherry tomato, red onion tossed in a house vinaigrette.

Not trying to cut carbs? The bowl selection consists of a grain bowl, pesto pasta and rigatoni alla vodka made with organic vodka sauce, rigatoni, cashew mozzarella, and fresh basil.

Guests can also add pasture-raised eggs and hard aged cheese from a locally sourced family farm in Tuscany, Italy to any dish.

According to Ground Foods' website, their goal is to create entrees that are hearty and healthy, without lacking in flavor.

The new restaurant will also offer up beer and old-world Italian wines.

Space offers up sleek table and bar seating, and of course, there is some foliage accenting the bar area.

No exact opening date was announced, but follow their Instagram for more details.
