Here's where to land free meals, dining deals for Veterans Day

Now through Saturday, restaurants around the region are honoring those who've served.

For Veterans Day, a working roundup of restaurants offering free meals and dining deals to honor those who've served — both retired and active members of the military — now through Saturday.

All events take place on Nov. 11 unless otherwise noted. 

Bonefish Grill Complimentary Bang Bang Shrimp for active and retired military with valid military ID. A Bonefish signature and a guest favorite, the dish consists of crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce. 5062 Fourth St. N., St. Petersburg, 727-521-3434, bonefishgrill.com.

Feola's Italian Ristorante This eatery inside the Thunderbird Beach Resort has free food for veterans, plus active duty military personnel, in store.
