Two high-end market concepts are in development in Tampa Heights, and one of them has announced a job fair.

The Hall on Franklin, billed as a collective eatery since its buzz started building last fall, is bringing seven partnerships (spearheaded by local food and drink gurus) to 1701 N. Franklin St.:

North Star Eatery, an Asian street food spinoff of Sing and Kevin Hurt's Anise Global Gastrobar; the Kōfē bar from master barista Ty Beddingfield; Julie Curry's Bake'n Babes bakery; The Collection, a bar by cocktail wizard Ro Patel; Jason Cline's Poké Rose, specializing in poke bowls; the grilled cheese-driven Heights Melt Shoppe from Dave Burton of Tampa Pizza Company, among others; and Heights Fish Camp, which Burton is also involved with alongside Larissa Pepe and Libor Vitu.

The gourmet dining hall's upcoming two-day job fair hosted from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 8 and 9 seeks to fill various roles for the featured vendors, including assistant manager, bartender, server, host, barista, busser, food runner, cashier and kitchen positions.

"Our concept is unique, fast paced, high volume & high stress," reads a portion of The Hall on Franklin's Facebook event page. "Experience in desired position required."
