Five local country and golf club bartenders will battle it out for the title of "Best Club Bartender" while guests enjoy Star Wars-themed drinks. Spend Saturday celebrating the craft of at-home brewing. The American Homebrewers Association’s 18th annual Learn to Homebrew Day has at least two events planned for Tampa. The first kicks off as early as 9 a.m. at Lowry Parcade & Tavern, where Tampa Bay B.E.E.R.S. will demonstrate homebrewing techniques and a copies of Zymurgy: An Introduction to Homebrewing will be available for free. Later on, from noon to 5 p.m., Southern Brewing & Winemaking will hold a homebrewing and winemaking equipment sale and swap in honor of Homebrew Day.
