During the smorgasbord that is the Carrollwood Food & Wine Festival, hosted at Carrollwood’s Cepas Wine & Tapas Bar, beer, wine and eats will be up for sampling. At Highlander Park, more than 20 craft beers, cider and wine will be showcased alongside Celtic folk and rock music from Canada, Ireland and all over the eastern U.S. Among the Dunedin Celtic Music & Craft Beer Festival’s musicians are Enter the Haggis, Screaming Orphans and Off Kilter. At least 20 Celtic merchandise purveyors, food vendors and a Kidz Zone to entertain the little ones will also be on hand at the fest, which runs 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday. Doughnut miss the block party starting at 11 a.m. Sunday for the Mini Doughnut Factory 1 Year Anniversary Party. Attendees can get their faces painted, take a dip in the dunk tank or play mini golf while munching on bite-size doughnuts. There will also be live music and other activities throughout the day. Presented by the PUB Guild, Rapp Brewing Company's 3rd Annual Movemberfest — a homebrew festival and fundraiser with a mustache and beard competition — aims to beat its fundraising goal of 2015: $600. Tickets include a sampling of 30-plus creations from homebrews, a commemorative tasting glass and access to charity raffles for craft beer swag. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit PARC, and food will be provided by Miss V’s Cook Up food truck and Engine 53 Pizza.
