Celebrate the birthday of another Tampa Bay business this weekend: Four Stacks Brewing Company. The small-batch Apollo Beach craft brewery, specializing in classic styles, is set to hold a fall beer and music festival in honor of the occasion between noon and midnight Saturday. Live Florida music from The Hummingbirds and Zebron & James, food trucks, seasonal beer releases, and a bottle release of the brewery’s newest creation — a smoked cherry porter called Demogorgon — are planned.
