Buckle up, foodies. Westfield Countryside shopping center is adding The Cheesecake Factory to its lineup of food offerings next month. The doors are set to open Tuesday, Dec. 8, just in time for the holidays. Known for its massive menu and hefty plates, the restaurant also boasts over 50 signature cheesecakes and desserts.

If for some reason you're unfamiliar with the legend that is The Cheesecake Factory, imagine going to lunch or dinner, and being able to choose from more than 250 selections. Flipping through pages and pages of food. Just be sure to hit the dressing rooms beforehand before shoveling some Louisiana chicken pasta down.

By the way, this location will be serving weekend brunch with a selection of omelets, lemon ricotta pancakes, bruléed french toast, chicken and waffles, eggs Benedict as well as green chilaquiles with carnitas and eggs. Brunch is served from opening until 2 p.m. The restaurant also offers a full bar, pouring up brews and cocktails, as well as espresso drinks and sweetener sips like milkshakes.

The Westfield Countryside shopping center will also be welcoming seafood concept Shell Shack's first Florida location this year.

"This addition of The Cheesecake Factory and Shell Shack to the dining options at Westfield Countryside is extremely exciting. We are adding a national favorite and new to market dining concept which shows the confidence in the Clearwater area," stated Dawn Arvidson, Westfield's Regional Marketing Director in a release.

The Texas-based Shell Shack specializes in infused seasoned crab and seafood. To give you an idea, some starters on the menu include crab-stuffed tater tots, alligator tenders, and crawfish fishtails. Guests can also opt for soups, salads, oysters, platters or sandwiches. There's also a boil option where guests choose their seafood (crab, shrimp or crawfish), their flavor, heat (mild-diablo) and extras (potatoes, sausage or corn). The restaurant also slings signature cocktails like the Shell Shack Mama with Sailor Jerry Rum, Gosling Dark Rum, Cruzan Coconut Rum, banana liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice and grenadine.

More details to come as the official opening date for Shell Shack is announced.
