If you're craving some cheesy stuffed envelopes of goodness, head to the downtown Tampa location for TooJay's. The gourmet New York-style deli chain is celebrating Monday as National Blintz Day with free orders of its signature blintzes: two thin crepes filled with sweet cheese and served with fruit topping and sour cream.

To score the offer, limited to one free order of blintzes per person, diners need to mention Blintz Day and make a $10 purchase. The deal is valid for dine-in guests only.

There are at least three other national food and drink holidays on our radar this week: Caramel Corn Day, Beer Day and Empanada Day. On Thursday, Chef Inspired Popcorn Company in Tampa has its popular salted caramel corn popcorn — plus caramel vanilla latte, caramel espresso, Choc Coco, bananas Foster and butter beer caramel corn flavors — planned for the former. South Tampa's 81Bay Brewing Co. has a Beer Day party loaded with festivities from 3 to midnight Friday. And St. Petersburg's 3 Daughters Brewing, which is also observing National Beer Day, rings in Empanada Day from 5 to 11 p.m. Saturday with the Empamamas food truck, whose celebratory details are coming soon.

In case you're not full yet: Next week, between 2 and 4 p.m. April 12, National Grilled Cheese Day (April is considered National Grilled Cheese Month) brings complimentary grilled cheese roll-ups — breaded, deep-fried and served with a dip of soup — to downtown St. Pete-based Central Melt. Offered while supplies last, the freebie is limited to one order per person.

In Ybor City, the Brass Tap also has a special grilled cheese menu, starting at noon, for Grilled Cheese Day, and food truck Mr. C's Grilled Cheese sets up shop from 5 to 9 p.m. at Coppertail Brewing Co.
