Adventurous eaters are in luck. Two culinary businesses have joined forces to bring an omakase feast to downtown Dunedin.
Personal chef service NINA and Pisces Sushi & Global Bistro invite guests to omasake, or let the chef choose, during their 12-course spread with seven pairings from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. Monday. Hosted at Pisces, the pop-up dinner's menu will remain a secret, but here's a little hint from the event description:
"Think: Toro, Uni, Wagyu."
Throughout the surprising evening, each course will be served with high-end sake, wine and cocktails. Tickets cost $150 per person and may be purchased online in advance. Seating is limited.
