Attracting musicians, writers and other arts-oriented folks, the Beer & Brownies Music Lounge (which this editor just heard about) is serving up its namesake to Tampa alongside a lineup of weekly events.
The cash-only lounge at 2312 W. Waters Ave. hosts recurring gatherings like open mics and a singer-songwriter showcase, as well as live music shows that feature local and out-of-state artists. Board game nights are also featured.
In addition to its signature pairing, Beer & Brownies offers affordable wine, salty snacks and non-boozy beverages, including coffee and tea.
