Five years ago, Bon Jovi famously (locally speaking) played to a packed Valentineโs Day crowd at Tampa’s Amalie Arena, and he’s back in town Friday for another show in the same room.
This time around, it isnโt V-day, but to kick off Easter weekend, the group that graced us with โLivinโ On A Prayerโ is back in town with music birthed during the pandemic.
And we give the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted group major props for continuing on its tradition of having a local band open the show. This yearโs opener is still unknown, but with Tampa Bayโs music scene, you just canโt go wrong.
