For this installment of its jazz brunch, the Tampa Heights shuffleboard bar welcomes Massachusetts saxophonist Ryan Devlin along with his electric band playing ‘70s funk and fusion for fans of Stege Grossman and Michael Brecker.
Music kicks off at 1 p.m. outside (weather permitting), but you can start on the Bloody Marys as early as 11 a.m.
