A guitarist’s guitarist, Milwaukee native Greg Koch has a never-ending bag of tricks that borrows from Albert King and Hendrix.

The work even earned him fans like Steve Vai who released Koch’s 2001 album The Grip on his own Favored Nations imprint.

For this gig happening inside the Side Door Cabaret at St. Petersburg’s Palladium Theater on Saturday, Sept. 17, his Koch Marshall Trio will go to church with a set of bluesy jazz and funk-rock.
