Alongside his plethora of other global music acclimations, Latin Grammy-nominated Jose Valentino Ruiz brings his multi-instrumentation and signature Latin sound to St. Pete this Tuesday. Ruiz is joined by Tampa-based world music composer and St. Petersburg College jazz studies professor David Manson (of O Som do Jazz). The Side Door Cabaret listening room at the Palladium will do these larger-than-life musicians justice, as it’s made to showcase the best jazz acoustics possible.

Tues. Nov. 26. 7:30 p.m. $25. Side Door Cabaret at Palladium Theater,  253 5th Ave. N., St. Petersburg. mypalladium.org
