Andrew Seward is head over heels in love with Selective Hearing, the debut EP from Orlando punk band Expert Timing. So it made complete sense for the Gainesville punk-rock lifer and filmmaker to insert himself into the mix when the band's first full-length, Glare, sees release on October 23.

"I asked them," Seward told CL when asked about the connection. He invited the group to visit him in St. Augustine, they traded a few texts and eventually filmed a video in one day. Seward loves the LP as much as the EP.

"I really want people to hear this band," he added. The clip for "Never See Me Again" is the band's first-ever music video, and it's inspired by the feeling one gets while waiting for a record to come out.

"You spend months and months working on a project but when it’s finished, you still have to wait a while to release it — especially if you’re pressing vinyl," the band told CL.

"We've been fortunate to have several amazingly talented and kind people in our corner," the group added.

"Andrew is one of those. He approached us about making a video, which none of us have ever done before, so we were really excited for the opportunity to work with him considering we were already familiar with his amazing video work."

Have a look at the clip below, and then see the band in real life when it plays a free-to-attend, Pre-Fest 6 Volunteer sign-up party in Ybor City. More information is available below.
