Permanent Makeup’s summer tour of the Southeast isn’t over, but it did swing through the St. Petersburg punk band’s hometown before heading back to the Carolinas. Joining the outfit at Paper Crane was a Tampa favorite, Clang!, and a new band, Bastard Man.
