Pinegrove is coming back to Tampa.

The Montclair, New Jersey outfit — whose songsmithing and guitar shredding sounds and feels a little like an angsty teenage Jason Isbell recorded an album after listening to the Jade Tree or Sub Pop catalog — will be supporting Kevin Devine & the Goddamn Band on November 5 at the Orpheum in Ybor City. Memphis songwriter Julien Baker and Scranton, Pennsylvania indie-pop darling Kiley Lotz are also on the bill.

Pinegrove are touring in support of what is easily one of 2016's best albums, Cardinal. They played Crowbar about a month ago to just over 100 people after their show at Transitions Art Gallery had to be relocated.

Tickets for the November 5 show go on sale Friday at 12 p.m. EDT and will cost you $16.50-$30.

Listen to "Aphasia" Cardinal below, and try not to weep. More information on the show is available at CL's events page.
