Gainesville-based punk group Hot Water Music is on the cusp of releasing its first new album in five years, and fans will get a preview this weekend when the band plays Jannus Live in St. Petersburg.

The upcoming Feel The Void reunites the band with early producer Brian McTernan behind the console. But first, Chuck Ragan and company have a trio of east coast shows to do including a homecoming of sorts at Jannus (the band came up playing Tampa DIY spots like 403 Chaos).

Making this a must-see how for the old heads is opener Availโ€”Tim Barryโ€™s Virginia punk rock group which got back together in 2019, after over a decade off the gridโ€”will be the closing act.
