Closing out a headlining U.S. tour, Charlie and Kevin Ries—two of St. Pete’s favorite sons of reggae, collectively known as The Ries Brothers—will stage their third annual Hometown Throwdown, officially announced at Innings Festival back in March.

Expect to be blown away by Kevin’s whimsical guitar work (and ability to simultaneously smoke a joint), Charlie taking on triple duty (vocals, keyboard-bass, and drums, that is), and their forces combining on their latest single “Strange Times,” which rocks harder than the brothers’ other output to date.

Tickets to see The Ries Brothers play Floridian Social in St. Petersburg on Friday, July 14 are still available and start at $20.
