Surviving Gasparilla in South Tampa is a rite of passage, but the real ones keep it together long enough to spend an hour or two at this annual house music throwdown just a few blocks off the madness on Howard Avenue. Staples of the scene man the decks for Houseparilla, and welcome San Francisco house legend Miguel Migs (Moulton Studios, the End-Up) who brought funk and psychedelia to the SanFran sound.
Jask leads late night lineup which kicks off when Depth spins at 10 p.m., but the daytime sets include fellow Bay area house lifers Brian Busto and Chang, plus other favorites ilke Von Garden and Lyndon Uy.
