After a week of wintery weather, it’ll be nice to go to the beach, at least figuratively.

Brazilian Jazz artist Daniela Soledade has a brand new band, which makes its debut in St. Petersburg this weekend.

With a new Sade-flavored single “Brasileira” in tow, Soledade & co. bring all the laidback joy of Rio de Janeiro (“Carioca”) for fans of samba, funk, soul and R&B.

Tickets to see Daniela Soledade’s “Caricoa Nights” concert at Bayboro Brewing Co. in St. Petersburg on Friday, Jan. 23 are still available and start at $22.52.
