There aren’t many locals who’ve been more careful about COVID-19 than DJ Sirius, so it makes sense to see her taking to the outdoor courtyard at Sparkman Wharf for a Halloween night set (yes, there’s a Halloween maze). Easygoing Tampa duo The Sunsetters plays the early set (3 p.m.-5:15 p.m.) that’s part of a full weekend of live music at the downtown food and biergarten (Shevonne + the Force play on Friday, reggae band Jahfari has a four-house set on Sunday). There’s no cover either.
