Fat Mike is done touring, which is bad news for NOFX fans, but folks with a few Me First and the Gimme Gimmes will be happy to know that they can still see that band on the road.

Armed with a new moniker acknowledging lead singer Spike Slawson, the band known for doing punk covers of Billy Joel and John Denver amongst others will still have a revolving door of collaborators (members of Strung Out, The Ramones, The Damned and Lagwagon have all pitched in), so it’ll be interesting to see who’s in the lineup for these two Florida shows.

Tickets to see Spike and the Gimme Gimmes play The Ritz in Ybor City on Sunday, Aug. 17 are still available for $41.25.
