✔️ Hala w/Boyo/Toasted Rye Lo-fi, feel-good pop comes to The Bends in the form of up-and-coming Motor City songwriter Ian Ruhala, who releases infectious bedroom rock under the Hala moniker. Start with a brand new single — “Sorry,” released less than two weeks ago — and then reach deep into a discography that dates all the way back to a charming 2015 live album recorded at underground Detroit live music venue The Old Miami. Dreamy Los Angeles songwriter Boyo (aka Robert Tilden) opens this show, which doesn’t have a cover charge. (The Bends, St. Petersburg) INFO

Cruel Curses w/Comin’ Home/Murder the Crow Cruel Curses has spent the last week on a mini-tour of the Southeast, so it’ll celebrate a safe return home by playing this local album release party for a new album, Ghost It Sings. Blues trio Comin’ Home opens the show along with “bipolar space-trash” band Murder the Crow. (Fubar, St. Petersburg) INFO

Ol’ Dirty Sundays w/Michelle Pesce/DJ Ivy DJ Spinderalla protege Michelle Pesce brings a love for 80s and 90s hip-hop and pop to the patio at Ol' Dirty Sundays alongside Los Angeles based DJ Ivy for the closest thing Ol' Dirty Sundays has to a ladies night. (Crowbar, Ybor City) INFO

Beach House Sundays w/Borgeous It's been almost exactly one year since Borgeous last sent Shephard's bumping into the night, but the Miami-born producer has a new EP — Dear Me — in tow this time.  (Shephard’s Beach Resort, Clearwater Beach) INFO
