Best of the Bay–winning local cellist and music teacher Melissa Grady celebrates her birthday in a big way by hosting an incredibly-stacked charity gig.

Almost a dozen multi-genre acts—from Ernestine Black, JT Brown, Boycott and Dead Mirrors to Kay Three and Grady’s own Same Day Delivery Orchestra—will take the stage in an effort to raise funds for Recycled Tunes, a local nonprofit that provides new and refurbished instruments to students across Tampa Bay.

Folks that bring a gently-used instrument to the show (in addition to its suggested donation) will receive a ticket to 2024’s Gasparilla Music Festival, too.

Tickets to the “Pass It On” benefit concert for Recycled Tunes on Sunday, June 3 at Tampa’s Hooch and Hive are $15.
