Hooch and Hive, along with The Bends, is a Tampa Bay venue where visual art and music effortlessly coalesce, and this weekend is a good example of that. A no-cover Friday concert featuring rock (Cmpny of Anmls, Highway Advisory) and cosmic-folk (Mountain Holler, pictured) bleeds into a Saturday art opening featuring new work and prints shown by two prominent Bay area artists — Mergeculture co-curator Michelle Sawyer and multimedia artist Carlos Pons.
