Bummed about Canadian Celtic rock band Off Kilter’s December split? Here’s your chance to catch a more punk, and Americanized version, which just dropped a new album, Turn Up That Dial , last year.

Opening for the Dropkick Murphys at Jannus Live in St. Pete on Monday, March 7 will be a Poli van Dam-free version of The Bombpops, Celtic punk pirates The Rumjacks, and self-described “blue-collar Americana blues troubadour” Jesse Ahern.

This show is fully sold-out, but if you really have a hankering for Celtic rock, Dunedin usually has something Celtic going on. And it’s 10 days before St. Patrick’s Day anyway, so just start partying earlier.
