Bob Dylan Your parents’ favorite who-cares-that-I-won-a-Nobel Prize songsmith has sold out Ruth Eckerd Hall, and in his 75th year on Earth with us peons, we can’t be too sure about what Bob Dylan’s going to do. Expect some stuff from latest album, Fallen Angels, and keep your fingers crossed for some respect thrown towards recently fallen folk-noir angel Leonard Cohen. (Ruth Eckerd Hall, Clearwater) INFO

Barry Cuda and the Sharks Oh, this installment of Music Week has more than one bad pun huh? Before he was Barry Cuda, he was St. Petey Twigs. His bands over the years have featured players with names like Flo Mingo and Rock Bottom. It sounds pretty juvenile, but Mr. Cuda’s piano boogie-blues is pretty fun. You might not see this particular lineup (Kenny Fradley on trumpet, Randy Morrow on drums, Joe Cabral on sax and conga player Alfred Roberts) again, so don’t laugh this one off. Steven Wilson w/John Wesley Is this the prog-rock show of the year? Tampa guitarist John Wesley opens for his Porcupine Tree bandmate Steven Wilson, and while there may be a lot of excavating the past happening at this gig, fans should also expect a few sneak peeks at his forthcoming collaboration with Israeli singer Aviv Geffen and a healthy smattering of Wilson’s 2015 concept album, Hand. Cannot. Erase. (State Theatre, St. Petersburg) INFO

A Twisted Carnival w/Panamory/Lilith This new St. Pete eatery didn’t wait long to begin backing up their promise to be an entertainment hub for St. Pete’s thirsty citizenry, and they’ve tapped Lauren Lance to bring the noise as two of her bands (Panamory and Lilith) bring pop-noir to the Rooster’s speakeasy style bar.
