This installment taps Shae Krispinsky , who folk-that-plays-like-a-lit-major’s-diary, and Jeremy Gloff who is supporting a new album, For Those Who Survived , to quietly kick off the evening before promoters roll out the cash box and charge a nominal fee for music appreciators to see Washington D.C.’s Eastern Standard Time law down some jazz-influenced reggae and ska after the Duppies from Gainesville and Sarasota’s Pressure Dem do a little rocksteady while the sun finally sets.
