The Southern psych-jam quartet recently looked back on two decades of music with a reissue of Sweet Oblivious Antidote, and kept moving forward in March by releasing two new singles, “Black Sheep” and “Sea of Freaks.”

Tickets to Perpetual Groove and Tire Fire’s show at New World Brewery ( 810 E Skagway Ave.) on Friday, May 24 are still available for $20 online and $25 at the door. Subscribe to Creative Loafing newsletters.
