Just got this press release from Jannus Live about the latest hot show the venue has booked: 50 Cent. The superstar rap artist stops in St. Petersburg on Wednesday, June 16; tickets are $47.50 and go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. This show will sell out despite the inflated ticket prices.

Fresh off the heels of a two month-long European trek, multi-platinum recording artist 50 Cent is ready to captivate and connect with American audiences on a personal level with his upcoming 18-city US tour. Starting in Cleveland on May 28 and culminating in Atlantic City on June 25, the tour will take 50 across the country to mid-size theatres and venues.

50 Cent presents “The Invitation” stops at Jannus Live in St. Petersburg on Wed., June 16. Tickets are $42.50 in advance, $47.50 day of show, available through jannuslive.com or Ticketmaster. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 21 at 10 a.m.

Focusing on a more intimate, unique experience for his fans, The Invitation will feature 50 performing hits spanning his multi-platinum catalogue and most recent platinum selling album Before I Self Destruct. The Queens rapper will be joined on select dates by openers Monica, Soulja Boy, Tell’Em and G-Unit cohort, Lloyd Banks.
